Biography
Scott Blackmer is internationally recognized as an authority in information technology law. He has a background in business with IT experience and education, as well as an honors degree in law from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was editor-in-chief of the California Law Review. Scott has practiced IT and intellectual property law in Washington DC and Brussels, and now from mountain slopes overlooking Salt Lake City. He has represented clients as a lawyer or consultant in many countries, is fluent in French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, and Portuguese.
